50g butter
2tbsp sugar
4tbsp honey
150g cornflake
150g almond nibs
100g red cherry (cut into small)
Method:
Butter, Sugar double boil until melt and mix in honey.
Mix into cornflake, almond nibs and cherry.
Spoon into mini paper cup.
Bake at 150C for 10mins.

红樱桃牛油饼
180g unsalted butter
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/3 cup cornflour
1 cup plain flour
100g packet glace cherries
*Preheat oven to moderate 180°C. Line a 32 x 28 cm biscuit tray with baking paper.
1. Using electric beaters,beat butter, sugar and essence in small mixing bowl until light and creamy. Using a flat-bladed knife, stir in sifted flours. Stir until just combined and mixture is smooth.
2. Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1 cm-wide fluted piping nozzle; pipe mixture into rosettes 4 cm in diameter onto prepared tray.
3. Top each rosette with half a cherry. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp. Transfer biscuits to wire rack to cool.
